Working at Azimuth, our main client was always Proctor & Gamble and we did cross platform work for all types of promotions in different retailers across Canada.

Canadian Dollars in P&G products at Costco would get a $25 Gift card. It was necessary to inform the customers in store and online how the campaign worked and also signalize the participating products.

Solution

Create a comprehensive marketing initiative to educate customers about the Spend & Get promotion, where individuals spending $100 on P&G products are entitled to receive a $25 Costco gift card. As part of this initiative, we have established a website where consumers can log in, submit their receipts, explore eligible products, and redeem their gift cards. Additionally, our team has crafted in-store materials, including price signs highlighting participating products throughout the store, and developed eye-catching web banners to promote the campaign throughout its duration.

Reflections

To coordinate such a big campaign across Canada, it was necessary a team solely focused on this effort. We had to create around 10 versions of the final visuals due to the intricacies and capabilities of the stores and Proctor & Gamble to deliver all the products in the campaign. Although it was a big effort, the results were incredible and we drove more users to the website than the previous years, increasing the data base of emails for P&G and Costco.
